古生物学入门 Introduction to Paleontology

Paleontology is a comparatively new discipline which includes biology and geology. This course basically focuses on the history of paleo‐environment, the ancient bio-‐related formation, the evolutionary history of life including metazoan(animals) and plants, and the formation/perservation of fossil from Precambrian to Modern period. Through this course, you will get to know the primitive living orgasms on earth, the ancint marine organisms such as sponges and trilobites, the landing of marine animals, and the extinction of dinosaurs, etc.
